This file contains the instructions and caveats for my SMC9xxx driver. Youshould not be using the driver without reading this file.
Things to note about installation:
The driver should work on all kernels from 1.2.13 until 1.3.71.(A kernel patch is supplied for 1.3.71 )
If you include this into the kernel, you might need to change someoptions, such as for forcing IRQ.
To compile as a module, run ‘make’.Make will give you the appropriate options for various kernel support.

How to use this download
Download the self-extracting archive and run it. It will extract the files to a temporary directory, run the installation wizard, and remove the temporary files when the installation is complete. All language files are embedded in this archive. You don't need to download an extra language pack.
